Who puts the food on our plate?
How secure is our food supply? This exhibition highlights some of the key findings in a new report commissioned by the Bristol Partnership which will be launched at the Bristol Food Conference on March 16th.
We’ve already seen some supermarkets running out of basic foodstuffs during the winter snow. In the future extreme weather events, the cost of oil and housing pressures will all have an impact on our food supply.
